Return & Refund Policy for international customers
If you got the goods in good condition and want to refuse it for personal reasons not related to the quality of the goods, then in this case you should know that the rules are as follows:
- For carrying out banking operations and operating expenses, the store holds from the return amount of 10% of the cost of goods.
- If the shipping cost for you was free (we spent on sending 65 US dollars and you did not pay for delivery), then 65 dollars will be held with you.
- Delivery of goods from the buyer back to the store pays the buyer. Shipping via EMS express post or USPS priority.
