Dear Clients!

We would like to inform you about possible delays in the delivery of letters and parcels abroad. The fact is that about 100 countries of the world have restricted the processing of international correspondence in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Serious slowdowns are also associated with the reduction in air traffic. Almost always, a large proportion of shipments are carried out through the additional loading of passenger aircraft, this is the practice of most postal administrations. We do our best to ensure that the parcels reach the addressees with minimum delays. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We hope that in the very near future the postal service will be restored in full volume and with all countries, while the parcels will reach open countries, but not within the usual time frame. We will keep you updated.
